Dr Leah du Plessis graduated from Wits University in Johannesburg in 2010 and has since forged a successful career as a general dentist in private practice, both in South Africa and New Zealand.
She is a gentle, skilled, and compassionate dentist who prides herself on collaborative, pain-free, patient- centred care, with an ongoing commitment to high- quality, long-lasting treatments and outcomes and with a particular interest in restorative dentistry.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, and keeping active through Zumba and Parkrun.
Sarwin is a Dental Therapist/Hygienist with Adult Restorative Care qualification from University of Otago and registered with the Dental Council of New Zealand. He is originally from Fiji and has the easy going happy persona that most Fijians possess. After moving to New Zealand several years ago, he lives locally with his wife and children.
Nicky Steinmetz is Lincoln Dental’s Clinical Dental Technician, bringing over 20 years of experience in the dental profession. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, custom dentures that restore comfort, confidence, and natural smiles for her patients.
In addition to her chairside role, Nicky operates an on-site dental laboratory, where she personally designs and fabricates each denture from start to finish. This hands-on, integrated approach allows for exceptional attention to detail, consistent quality control, and an efficient denture-making process.
Outside of work, Nicky enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. She loves the outdoors, travelling, and unwinding with beach walks and refreshing swims.
